Summary: I'm torn. I want to love this product. When it works, it's beautiful. But I've gone through 4 of these laptops in less than 1 year. The first one I had to return after one day because the FN keys were not working.
Summary: Samsung disappointment. It was almost the most expensive laptop in the store. Hard drive failed after 6 months. I was in urgent situation and could not exercise Sumsung's manufacturer warranty, because I needed functional laptop in one day. I had to repair it locally and pay for it.
Summary: I briefly owned this laptop, having bought it from a Microsoft Store in Bellevue, WA. I returned it the day after I bought it, having used it for a good 3 hours before giving up. First, let's get the good stuff out of the way: the keyboard felt great, and build quality was good.
usb 3.0 ports don't work and bad mouse pad with horrible customer service.

Summary: So, I bought this computer for work purposes back in April 2012. Overall, the computer works fine with the exception of a few MAJOR issues. First thing that went wrong, the mouse pad. Jumps around when something is plugged into the usb ports, like a cell phone. Still happens, never been resolved.
Summary: Pros: Fast Sexy Battery lasts and lasts Screen is matte and nice(when viewed in the right angle) Cons: Space bar barely works.(almost unusable) Screen is getting keyboard marks on it after 2 months(my 6 year old sony still has no marks) Screen viewing angle is horrible.
Summary: I was very excited with the purchase of the Samsung Series 7 NP700Z5A-S0AUS 15.6-Inch Laptop. I have Samsung monitors and HDTV'S and have always been very satisfied with the quality and service from the company.
Summary: Pros: Sleek, lightweight, beautiful. Nice keyboard backlight settings, nice keyboard feel, nice screen. Would be the perfect laptop for me except for the graphics card issues (see cons). Cons: Design flaw with switchable graphics.
Summary: I have used many brand new PC's in the last year including a samsung series 9, but I thought given the price this series 7 would be worth it. I was wrong. My issues are: 1. Windows/Samsung software issues. When first received, I couldn't change the brightness level on my computer.

Summary: UPDATE: Well after having this Computer for some time now I have found a few other problems with it. Problem 1: The Graphics card is garbage. I use several 3D rendering programs and the system will not work properly with them.
