Summary: Based on reviews I read of this product all around the internet, I was excited to get this computer for gaming. Unfortunately, almost a month into owning it, the screen went black and there was no help from Samsung other than for me to ship it back to them to repair. I guess I got a lemon because I know many people like their products. What I will say is how wonderful it was to be able to return it to Amazon and get a full refund with no problem. YAY Amazon!
Summary: I bought this refurbished and it was defective right out of the box, so much for Quality control, Samsung told me that the warranty had expired even though I just received it that day it was supposed to have an extended warranty . I'm not sure why this also cost me $29 to ship back. The item has been returned and I don't think I will buy a Samsung computer I have had better luck with HP over the years.
Broke after 2 months, just past the return date. Total disaster

Summary: The machine doesn't go more than 10 minutes without a blue screen of death. Nothing I did would fix the problem, and I've been working with PCs for 20 years. I've owned Dells, HPs, Toshibas, and built my own PCs from scratch. Then Samsung support was useless. They couldn't fix the problem. Their FIRST approach was to do a complete wipe on my hard drive. But their system to do this wipe didn't even work, it failed.
Summary: I have never written a product review or even so much as left feedback on a purchase before today. I spent 3 weeks doing research and "window" shopping online trying to find a new high end laptop. When I came across this deal for the np700g7c-t01us I was very excited! These specifications for $1199.99!?! Wow! And from Samsung no less!
Summary: Final Update 6: I have dropped the rating to a 1 star, while the specs may be nice, you can get better spec'ed laptops for about the same price. They will probably last you a lot longer. I've had 2 warranty repairs in the first year of ownership and now the reliability has taken another hit, where the graphics card likes to crash on occasion, even after installing different drivers and such.
Summary: Within a few days off the laptop arriving an intermittent screen fault occurred making the screen unreadable. Sent it back and a week or so later it was returned "repaired". A few days later the problem occurred again, another "repair" attempt later and same situation. Samsung refuse to replace or refund the item saying that it must undergo "a number of repair attempts" but flatly refuse to tell me how many.
Summary: Terrible machine - we've had months of problems with it - eg problems with power supply, broken keys, constant freezing, failures in restarting, shutting down, poor customer service etc. But our biggest issue is that the wireless is next to useless with it dropping out almost constantly whilst other machines I've been able to test against carry on working perfectly. Had it two days and the keyboard letter "F" broke off!

Summary: The laptop itself is good it plays most games with ease, however after 2 days of owning this laptop the letter "F" on the keyboard just came off, I tried to gently put the key back but the hooks on the bottom of the key are snapped, it's probably just bad luck, but this is just not good enough for the money I've paid,,,, now I'm going to have to wait about 50 years for a replacement no doubt, 29/10/2012 Update wow what can I say?
Summary: I a m not an expert in iformatique, but I can manage. I bought this computer, wich is quiet expensive, as a desktop replacement and for gaming. It was working well at the beginning, then the performence start to show some wickness. I try to update it, as recomended by windows. It get worst, few days later I could not switch it on anymore. I sadly had to return it. I am really desapointed by my Samsung experience! Hope to get a refund, to buy another laptop.
Summary: Comprei este computador faz dois dias, fiquei impressionado pelo seu desempenho até que, tentei instalar alguns jogos. Fui a ver o C: e o que pude observar foi a estupidez da Samsung em pôr o C: como disco principal de 98.9 GB!!!!!!!! Enquanto que um de 698 está sem ser utilizado classificado como E: tentei resolver este problema e mudar as coisas para o outro disco não consegui.
