Samsung Support It is the worst laptop support I have ever experienced!!!

Summary: Product came problematic. Giving blue screens every time I put the laptop in sleep. Support takes it back for 19 days and it comes back with the same problem (You have to ship it and they ship it back). They tell me they need to have 3 unsuccessful repairs to replace the laptop!!! This makes about 19x3 days without your laptop for samsung to admit that they sold you a problematic product and need to give you a new one.
Summary: I purchased this computer in May. Since then it has spent as much time with UPS and Samsung as it has with me. After I sent it in the last time, Samsung sent me a different, refurbished laptop without even asking me. If you are foolish enough to purchase a Samsung computer (I have two of their TV's), you deserve the misery you will receive. My laptop would not quit crashing when connected to an ipod or to a Samsung TV via HDMI cable.
Summary: This is super machine except its Wifi. You will only notice it if you use another computer connected to WiFi to comapre. It will perform perfectly fine for the first few minutes after connecting to your router. Then it will clogg. Called Samsung, re installed driver, restored the system few times. No luck.
Summary: Item worked fine for about 5 months, was very fast and looked amazing, but the build quality was poor and easily damaged from dents in the plastic surrounding the screen to the silver paint coming off under the laptop. i managed to get a refund on the item, replacing it with another Samsung laptop (not ultrabook) that seems just as fast to boot up. with similar specs and half the price.
Summary: I had this computer for 14 months. I use it mainly for research, programming (IT) and watch video. This pc freezes all the time because it hasn't a SSD disk - the performance is very, very low. This is an "interl i5 - 2ND GENERATION" and I have another (brand) that is faster and is 1st generation. After only 14 months I have to change the (internal) battery, and pay from my pocket because this rubbish has only 12 months (for batteries).
Summary: This notebook had a complete hard disk failure after three months. Having called them! I then had to drive an hour to the nearest repair centre to avoid adding 3-4 days onto the lost time, if they were to collect and deliver. I collected 5 days later and it is still not working, due to an error at their repair centre.

Summary: After just over six weeks EVERYTHING on hard disk was lost. Told to take the laptop in for repair but then told it needed special "software". After two weeks got back computer but software needed a complete clean reload. Latest problem is wireless not working. . . No confidence left in this product and Samsung's customer service is appaling.
Summary: Product arrived after nearly 2 weeks, only to find it with a dead pixel! Also the screen might be bright, but it's seriously lacking colour. The screen is dull but sharp. And to top it off, just before returning the item to Amazon the led's to inform you about the hard drive and battery etc. stopped working and the mousepad shortly after that! Built quality is pants!
