Summary: I have had this netbook for slightly over a year now and (for a netbook) this samsung is absolutely fantastic; easy to carry, powerful enough to get a bit of work done while on the move, the battery life (which is I would estimate at 4 hours) is also pretty nice. Following the suggestions by early reviewers, I didn't even try to use it with 1 GB and immediately bought one additional GB (be sure to get the right memory!).
Summary: I needed a small computer for travelling and had purchased a Samsung netbook several years ago which was passed down through the family. It was a great little machine, which is still used daily and so I had no hesitation in looking again at the latest Samsung netbooks. The specification on the NF210 was good with the dual core processor and I also decided to upgrade the RAM to the maximum of 2GB, which does make a difference on some of the applications.
Summary: I bought an Nc10 in 2008 and was blown away with my first netbook, I decided to buy this laptop for my brother in law and it is a lovely machine and what I have come to expect from samsung netbooks, good design, light and durable!! 2 small points, 1 windows starter as standard op but sudnt have to upgrade to full edition. 2. Unlike the nc10 the sides on the top of keyboard are slightly raised, giving it a lip. I prefer the sides being flush with the keyboard..
A Great Product In The Still Young 'Netbook' Market

Summary: The amount of bloatware on the netbook is impressive and it takes a good 30 minutes to install it all on the first start. You are welcomed by a big pop-up advertising Norton `Anti'-virus (with the close window button disabled..!) and many other RAM eating programs. I highly recommended that you buy a cheap external optical drive for a clean install of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium .
Summary: Great netbook The Samsung NF210 is a very capable netbook. Battery life is no where near the quoted time. I set the screen resolution to the level before max and can achieve 5/6 hours max. The screen has an anti glare matt finish so colours are not as sharp as on a shiny screen. The shark fins at the side are great it allows you to carry the netbook with one hand no problems! not as slim as other netbooks then other netbooks are not as pretty!
Summary: i need to ask u guys who own it, how is it with some little photoshop work, & video editing? I need a small portable laptop for a reasonable price. would this be good or i shall upgrade to the sony vaio y series which is a reasonably priced ultraportable?
Summary: I bought this netbook for my wife's birthday - and it is everything I hoped it would be. It will be used mainly for surfing the web (especially social networking sites) and has more than enough power for that job. It has also had no problems streaming online video content (mainly iplayer in our house) which I was not confident it would be able to do from some of the other reviews I had read.
Summary: I love it, bought mine new from e-Bay for £230 + increased ram to 2 Gig and upgraded Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 Ultimate and it's as sweet as a nut with the only problem I have is running some of my Adobe Web Premium apps in 1024 x 600 px, (some boxes run off the screen and can't be scrolled). The battery life may not be as good as they claim, (must be for very light use), but it is satisfactory and far better than most.
