Summary: The screen was gone after only about 4 weeks of very light usage (every other day 1h no more). The netbook was hardly used and was never transported, dropped or mishandled in any way. Yet, the screen changed color and then the LCD grid system appeared. Annoyingly, Samsung UK technical support was unwilling to follow up the case recommending a chargeable repair at a service center.
Summary: I have only ever used the operating programs the computer came with. It's slow to start, freezes up constantaly and is just generally sluggish. I can't stand the bloody thing, wish i'd never bought it!
Summary: I had read all the reviews that said this was fast running and reliable and am so disappointed with it. Half the time I just want to throw it out of the window as it crashes yet again or takes forever to load a page. I wish i had bought this from a high street shop and then I could have simply returned it for a full refund. It is almost useless and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Summary: We bought this for my son to use at school. From the outset it didn't work properly and we had to reboot a number of times. It was very slow and frustrating to use. It was kept in a cover at all times when not being used and then the screen went funny while it was still under warranty. Samsung said it was through damage that this occurred and would not fix it.
Beware - Samsung NC110 not what is shown on their web site

Summary: If you are thinking of buying a Samsung NC110 and changing the operating system from the supplied Windows 7 starter with its horrible messy user interface (my opinion but one shared by many serious users) to Windows XP with the option of using the nice tidy Windows Classic user interface.......BEWARE. I checked the Samsung web site before purchasing and found XP drivers and software for the NC110.
Summary: Was very impressed to begin with when I recieved this netbook, thought it was ideal for my travels, however after being on it for only an hr and accessing only my e-mail accounts discovered it was infected so had to return it. Not only that I waited in all day for a courier collection I was promised would be coming, then after countless calls and after half an hour after my shift at work had ended it was collected.
Summary: A Notebook does not have to be a PC powerhouse. They are bought for browsing, document editing, portability and media file listening. That said, I do expect them to work to some degree. This poor weak Netbook has not only Windows 7 crammed into it but also has the typical misfortunate of being so highly loaded with bulkware that it is almost inoperable.
1 star apparently means 'i hate it' - that about sums it up

Summary: Ordered - WIFI didnt work - spent 3 days, about 12 calls incompetent customer service people based at the Samsung Call cnetre in Egypt - everyone of them not having a clue what they were talking about. Lost about 15 hours working time - disasterous when working for yourself under deadlines. Got it changed. Still took the best part of a day and 4 tel calls to call centre to set up. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE A BUNCH OF AMATEURS. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE LAPTOP. DO NOT BUY.
