good laptop, can be faster, memory helps. but for a tech laptop it's ok!

Summary: These laptops are super durable. and I upgraded from 1gb to 2gb with the quickness so that i can get windows 7 so actually load properly on here. Also, if you want a little more speed out of the video drivers look up the chipset and go to intels website. download the driver. you can't run the executable right off the bat so instead you just point to the driver in that folder. and like magic your using the latest drivers well past this laptop companies parameters.
Summary: This is a nice little netbook. Has WIFI and ethernet capabilities. This one hs 2GB RAM. It's not a high performance machine, but for surfing the web, email, working with Office, it's fine. I bought this for my daughter who loves it so far. A good price for a nice netbook.
Summary: I bought a model like this second. before turning it on i cloned the hdd to ssd and maxed the Ram to 2gb bootup was stupidly fast i think about 5sec from pressing power button and on battery power alone. however the cpu fan was rattling like mad, so removed the case and cleaned out the lumps of fluff from fan and rebooted fan was still noisy but sounded like it was turning easier.
Excerpt: I have been a proud and happy owner of Samsung N150 for over a year. I bought this out of sheer necessity. I didn't have too much money to spare and wanted the best I could get at that price point. After going through around a dozen netbooks available in the market at that time, I finally settled with it for two basic reasons: 1- Amazingly Affordable. 2- Big brand name - Samsung Right after buying it I got the ram upgraded to 2GB.
Summary: Just brought a Sammy N150 netbook, and so far I'm really pleased with this. Nice and lightweight with a really decent amount of storage. One word of caution, if you're thinking of buying one, you absolutely must upgrade the memory. This is really easy to do (I'm not a computer whizz, and it only took a couple of minutes to do this).
Summary: I wanted a small notebook to connect to the TV to watch iPlayer and stream sports. This sits neatly next to the TV, but sometimes it seems to take a long time to get started. I have used it a few times as a notebook, and while it does work for this, I find the smaller keyboard hard to get used to after using bigger laptops and PC keyboards.
