Summary: Two months after I got it, I got a blue screen of death after some automatic updates. I had a hard time getting used to it at first, because it is SO different from Windows 7. I missed the START menu greatly. It works better as a touch screen than a desk top. If you just experiment with touching it, touching the corners, stroking it, you find out how to do the things you used to do.

Summary: The computer is pretty average. Not as easy to set up as many reviewers have stated but they probably have more advanced skills. A chip to activate the mouse and keyboard is in the mouse???? The screen tells you what to plug in but if you do not know the technical words, it takes some trial and error. Took help from 2 fairly sophisticated young adults and quite a bit of time but we are enjoying it now.
Summary: My 17-year old loves this machine and has used it daily for 10 months. My teen uses it to play video games, skype, word process, lots of internet surfing, etc. He has done some research and figured out how to increase the memory although he isn't even close to needing to do so.

Summary: I also have the 27" version, which I got for a really great deal brand new at $1,100 from DealFisher. However, I later found out it was a lemon(I narrowed it down to the graphics card). So while I sent it away to be serviced by Samsung under warranty, I took a chance and got this one since it was too good of a deal to pass up - got a refurbished one for $550 shipped.
Summary: The reason I chose to purchase the desktop, thru Blinq, was because of the positive reviews. I realized I was purchasing from a reseller but thought they would thoroughly inspect before shipping out. The first computer immediately had an issue with the hard drive. I called their customer service and I was surprised they didn't have any tech support (they simply offered to replace and give me an additional credit).
Summary: It looks nice but it was slow. I used it for 5 months and it just died. I called Samsung and they sent me a shipping label to their factory. Since I trashed the box, I paid for the box and extra padding and used UPS shipping center where they boxed it up. I get an email from the receiver showing me a blurry picture of a physical damage of the computer saying the warrantee is now void due to the physical damage.
I want to love it, but shuts itself down for inadequate memory once a day running NOTHING

Summary: I've had this computer for about 8 months. When it works, I like it- fast processing, decent sound and graphics, and the wireless mouse and keyboard are solid. The touchscreen is responsive, though I haven't used it as much as I thought I might. It takes up minimal space and the screen is a great size. It does tilt up and down, contrary to other reviews.
