Excerpt: First, I notice that all of the Pro & Con check boxes are for a printer, not a laptop. Re the item I bought, I did not realize that the Chromebook is not a PC. This is a problem that means I will have to exchange it. Now, for instance, I've discovered that it doesn't recognize my flashdrive.
Summary: Very disappointed, runs extremely slow even from new. I have other computers in the house than run much quicker, so it's not the broadband speed which I've checked and is the usual speed. Oh well, buy cheap buy twice.
Too many crashes, gets incredibly slow with multiple tabs

Summary: After 7 months of use I have the following experience: 1. Resets: Chrome resets, especially late at night/early in the morning. Sometimes 3 times in a row after 5-10 minutes. No prior warning, extremely annoying. 2. Slow: With multiple tabs, several tabs go idle (page x has become unresponsive).
Summary: Although the spec on this laptop is much superior than that on my old one it is slower, whether this is the fault of the latest version of windows or the amount of unwanted software that Acer have pre-installed I couldn't say.
Summary: This laptop started off ok. But within a few days the tauchpad pointer started going slow and erratic. Was jumping all over the screen. Clicked in boxes nothing would happen. Tried plugging in a mouse. Was fine for about 15 minutes then would start doing the same. Sent it back.
