Summary: I've owned my Chromebook since Mar 2013 and it is now Jun 2013 and the battery is no longer working. Nothing gripes me more than to have to take everything down to the Post Office and send this garbage back to the Samsung repairman. The battery needs to be removable, especially if you are going to have problems with it. Battery has decided that it will no longer recharge and it is slowly dying day after day.
Excerpt: First, I notice that all of the Pro & Con check boxes are for a printer, not a laptop. Re the item I bought, I did not realize that the Chromebook is not a PC. This is a problem that means I will have to exchange it. Now, for instance, I've discovered that it doesn't recognize my flashdrive.
Too many crashes, gets incredibly slow with multiple tabs

Summary: After 7 months of use I have the following experience: 1. Resets: Chrome resets, especially late at night/early in the morning. Sometimes 3 times in a row after 5-10 minutes. No prior warning, extremely annoying. 2. Slow: With multiple tabs, several tabs go idle (page x has become unresponsive). That happens every day. For example now, with 3 tabs open... Sometimes I have to shut down Chrome in order to get the browser working again. 3.
Summary: Had to send it back for a replacement within 6 months, first it kept crashing then the screen stopped working. Not my idea of a good quality product. Now I'm wondering how long the replacement will last.
Insomma, sconsigliatissimo.
