Not worth it

akm91105, CNET
29 March 2015
  • Summary: The internet disconnects after about 15 minutes. Even on our personal network. It is a waste of time. Took it on a trip and it constantly disconnected, so I could not even use it. Very worthless product. Would not recommend it to anyone. Next time I will bring my laptop.
  • Pros: light and easy to carry
  • Cons: Internet will NOT stay connected. I usually have to pull out my laptop anyway!

I Hate my Chromebook

Anya, Staples
24 February 2015
  • Excerpt: When I first bought this I was so excited. It was definitely easy, you basically turn it on and start adding apps. After a few months, for whatever reason, I had to keep it plugged it, it would not hold a charge.

Shocking.

EatThatChicken, CNET
2 January 2015
  • Summary: I've been very happy with Samsung products over at least fifteen years. The damage this product will do to their reputation is terrible. What were they thinking? I bought this one for my wife though, of course, I was the one who had to set it up.
  • Pros: It's not heavy.
  • Cons: About everything else.

A waste of money.

cooll12, CNET
10 December 2014
  • Summary: I don't own one (thank god) but have used one on many occasions. I absolutely hate having to use it sometimes, and couldn't image having to use one all the time. It is very confusing and difficult to understand and use.
  • Pros: None
  • Cons: Difficult to use, very limited capabilities , useless for anything other then internet browsing .

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS MACHINE

jrm713, CNET
10 December 2014
  • Summary: A nightmare. I have had this machine for a week and I am taking it back for a refund. Try and find the delete key. That is just a small part. I like having the programs where I can access them. You can't with this machine. It just doesn't make any sense the way this thing is set up. No thank you.
  • Pros: Lightweight, battery life.
  • Cons: Way too conusing for me.

Not what I expected

Boone, Staples
23 January 2014
  • Excerpt: Bought this as a backup to my laptop to take camping with us and check news, E mails, etc. It would not connect to my home router, a G series. Was told I would have to have, and buy, an N series router to get connected. It recognized my router , but would not connect! Took it back to store.
