Summary: Bought this laptop about a week ago. Unboxed it on Saturday. Immediately, noted that the fan is EXTREMELY loud. The fan sounds like engine noise from Rad Racer. I should have stuffed it back in the box and shipped it back right then and there, but instead I decided to subject myself to a little more...
Summary: Pretty irritated right now. Received it today and opened it to discover what appears to be several water damaged areas on the exterior case. Additionally, the plastic cover to protect the finish appears that it was previously handled, several bends in it.
Summary: This laptop is possibly the worst purchase I have ever made online. Especially for the money that I paid for the product. I bought this laptop back in November, 2014, in preparation for the spring semester at school. My first complaint is the Samsung bloat-ware that came pre-installed on it.
Laptop not bad but terrible, incompetent tech support -- and Backup/Restore function does not work

Summary: Very serious problem with the restore/recovery application. After only about 3 months of normal use the laptop would not boot to Windows -- only to a black screen. Tried everything. I did use the "Recovery/Restore" feature (by tapping F4 as the computer boots -- when you see the Samsung logo).
Non USA residents buying on Amazon.com, DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

Summary: Wifi Adaptor has never worked. These things happen but what matters is how a company's customer services deals with this. Samsung have been hopeless. For a multinational company, they do not have a clue to how to deal with customers outside of the USA, they do not listen to you properly, ignore...

Summary: Stupid notebook, Just can't get the Wi-Fi connection to work. So unreliable, keep dropping signals constantly, at home and away on business. Have no problem with my other notebooks. Called customer service and they told us to reset to original setting. Which we did and still having issues.
Summary: After 1 year, the computer has become very slow and videos do not play synced with the sound - basically I cannot watch movies or videos anymore. I have black lines on the screen where pixels have stopped working. This is extremely poor quality for a computer as expensive as this.
