it was great! However
26 October 2014
Summary: I bought this product a little more than a year ago. In the beginning, it was great! However, after using this computer for 6 months, the keyboard started malfunctioning. Thank goodness I purchased warranty with this product. Another 6 months after getting my keys fixed, which I had to spend my own fortune to safely ship, my mouse pad started to malfunction and the pad itself is coming off of the computer; left lower corner of the pad is lifting up.
Computer becomes slow after a while, touchpad useless

Summary: This computer performed well for the first 6 months that I owned it, after which it began to slow. At the one year mark, the video rendering started becoming very bad. When i watch videos or movies, the audio gets out of sync with the video, and the video is very choppy. Scrolling down a webpage is also very choppy. The video processor can't handle any quick changes on the screen.
Summary: This computer is light, thin and high quality but I've had it for about 6 months now and I just can't warm up to Windows 8. So many features of Windows 8 are designed for touch screens and are inappropriate on this computer. If I could get this computer in Windows 7, then that's the route I'd probably go if I could do it over again.
Summary: I would have liked to give this laptop 1.5 stars but I have to round up to 2 Pros: -Very light -Thin (very sexy) -Screen resolution alright -Speakers are pretty good too -The keyboard is easy to type on. The trackpad is so-so. I tend to use a wireless mouse more often anyway -Battery life is good.
Summary: Would not buy this. Yes it is unbelievably light and thin... and it comes up in a flash. That is where the positives end. The touch pad will just not work and neither will the space bar. You spend more time correcting what it typed than you do typing. The screen is good. I had to get rid of mine at a loss and went to a Lenova Ultrabook 431 which I would recommend. [And there is something wrong with the power cord, I had to buy a new one to get it to work consistently.
Summary: Purchased this just over a year ago, and have had it in and out of repair three times. The third repair was for the dreaded AC port failure mentioned in many other reviews, and it only slipped in under the warranty wire because Samsung quietly agrees to service broken notebooks for a short period after the warranty expires. Otherwise, it would have been a very expensive paperweight.
Summary: This is first and hinkiest experience I have had with Amazon and as it turns out it isn't Amazon rather Amazing Online. I submitted an RMA for a computer received defective which I BELIEVE SHOULD BE GOING BACK PREPAID NOT not on my dime. When I took the package to UPS they found it curious that the Address "Gang Wan" in Texas came up as a residence and not a business. I think something is not up to the Amazon Standards I am accustomed too. Received from FedEx.
Very disappointed - beautiful ultrabook but delivered with faulty battery
31 May 2013
Summary: This ultrabook is beautifully styled and super light. It operates well but mine was delivered with a faulty battery so it only works when plugged in to a power supply. In order to fix this, I had to ship it back to a Samsung center. I did that a week ago and am waiting to hear when I will get my replacement. Very disappointing.
