Summary: the hinges always break. It's a manufacturers defect and they will not refund you if it happens after the warranty so getting extended warranty or just buy a different laptop I highly recommend you do not get this computer.
Summary: Worst laptop I ever had. After having shipped it back three times to Samsung's service center it still did not work reliably. After exact 1 year of arguing with Samsung I got my money back as they could not send me a replacement that used the WinPro that it originaööy was ordered with.

Summary: I bought this computer (but not through amazon) and can agree with many reviewers about the wifi problems and touchpad tracking. The wifi is terrible. It cannot sustain a connection for more than a few minutes and sometimes requires a reboot to get reconnected.
