The fan sounds like a jet engine

Summary: completely fall apart after 7 months. the touchpad is literally coming apart from the housing. The fan sounds like a jet engine. Freezes almost everyday, even after factory reset. This is the worst laptop I have owned in the past 10 years. I had the original Series 9 laptop which was years ahead of anything in the market, but died in a tragic coffee accident, thought this would be a good replacement. Boy, was I wrong.
Summary: I bought this product a little more than a year ago. In the beginning, it was great! However, after using this computer for 6 months, the keyboard started malfunctioning. Thank goodness I purchased warranty with this product. Another 6 months after getting my keys fixed, which I had to spend my own fortune to safely ship, my mouse pad started to malfunction and the pad itself is coming off of the computer; left lower corner of the pad is lifting up.

Summary: The touchpad ruins this slick, beautiful machine. One of the most frustrating computing experiences I've had in 25+ years. I returned it for a refund, which the seller Fatech graciously granted. No way I could live with this finnicky touchpad. Wound up with a heavier Dell (but only 8 oz more) and it's nirvana. I've never had to return a computer until now. Maybe Samsung should give up trying to penetrate the laptop market.
