Summary: I did not like this product because the seller gave me the wrong and used one instead of a brand new that I ordered and beside this, I cannot access to it because is blocked by MATEO RODRIGUEZ that I never meet before and I do not know why this MATEO RODRIGUEZ is on this PC and asking me for a password. I do not remomend someone to buy any item from this seller. I am sorry.
Summary: I purchased this laptop back in April and it has stopped playing DVDs a few weeks ago. The DVD somehow became stuck in the laptop and was so well hidden that my husband kept insisting that there was no DVD stuck in there. We have since got the DVD out. Needless to say, it will not play DVDs. I had only had the laptop for 3 months before the disk drive gave out.
Summary: I'm very happy with the seller (Matt's computer). But the laptop is rather slow. It takes it's time with everything it does. The CPUs on my 6 year old HP laptop are faster than the CPUs on this laptop. Otherwise it seems to be a good laptop and does it's job (slowly). If you just want to read e-mails and surf the web and if you have the time to wait for the laptop to start then it may be a good choice for the money.
Summary: I would not recommend this laptop. Even in this price range, there are much better options. It is a minimally-functional low-end laptop. The screen is unimpressive but minimally adequate for an undemanding user. The same can be said of the rest of the components. Windows 8 is horrible, and Samsung does not supply the necessary drivers to run Windows 7. The BIOS settings are a disaster, with virtually no tuning options and no ability to boot off of a USB device.
