Unreliable product/service!!!

  • Summary: I bought this computer from Staples and the hard drive went out 3 times in the first year. It was under warranty and I sent it in for repair but each time I got it back it seemed to still be having problems. I've talked to Samsung support about still having problems after the last time that I got it back but it was out of warranty by then and they want to charge me to take a look at it.

My last Samsung product.

  • Summary: The motherboard on this computer failed in less than 3 weeks. Samsung repaired it and returned it with no problem. So I thought everything would be fine. I bought the same computer refurbished at the same time from Woot.com. The keyboard failed 11 days outside of the 90 day warranty. When I contacted Samsung they said I had to pay for all repairs. I mailed it to them almost 2 months ago and they still haven't received the part to fix it.

WORST COMPUTER EVER MADE IN HISTORY

  • Summary: I'm an IT Professional for 14 years. I have never seen a computer built so bad in my life. I wish I would have never brought this computer. If you like waiting all the time, my god this computer is perfect. The hard drive is slow as a 7 year itch. What a POS! My god, I'm already hunting down a replacement. Like I said, Long Waiting for even notepad to load, Hard drive usage is at 99%, when there's no applications running.

Worst laptop with absolutely no support

  • Summary: 1. This model only has drivers for Windows XP. Samsung does not provider drivers for any other OS. This is absurd for a Windows 8 laptop. 2. If you need warranty, Samsung lets you to send the laptop to their Texas facility, at your cost, and wait 1-2 months to get it back and hope it's fixed. Even for parts that can be easily replaced, they won't just send you the part to exchange or send someone to do it... 3. No BIOS updates available.

Advertised as supporting Intel WiDi but it does not,

  • Summary: Spent a few hours trying to configure WiDi...all dead ends, Contacted Samsung: "Smith: I see that the laptop model number NP350E7C-A01US you have provided does not have WiDi feature." WiDi support is all over Amazon's product description. After waiting for the product and wasting time, now I have to wait 48 hours for the seller to "consider" my return request. Ok, I did make some progress with learning Windows 8. Not a COMPLETE waste of time.

  • Summary: The screen developed a red tint on first day of use, but got a splendid response from Amazon and the dealer in getting the quick return and refund procedure set in motion. I returned it yesterday (5/29/13) waiting for the refund, this product appears flimsy and of poor quality.

Do not buy this laptop!

  • Summary: After less than a year of ownership, the product has developed faults with accessing the Internet, and a power problem which means that when the power cable is plugged in, it shuts down. We are unwilling to return to either Amazon or the manufacturer as the laptop has a lot of personal data on it, so will try and get it fixed locally. Very disappointed with the purchase. I will not even mention how awful Windows 8 is!

  • Summary: Service from Amazon once again was amazing. However the product I had read some reviews and how true we're the bad ones! No recovery disk just have partition hard drive that's all when and good if it worked. That's right it won't work for some reason and you have to send it USA to get repaired that you have to pay for! What a con! The touch pad is the most infuriating part.

Buyers beware! Samsung customer service almost non existent!

  • Summary: I bought this laptop on August 13th, this year. Worked fine at first, but last week I had a grey screen... Hardware problem. Samsung customer care practically non existent. Tried contact through website, get sent around in circles. Need to fill out s/n etc. and receive an email, requesting the same info. Looped back to same website and receive the same email over and over.

Rubbish!

  • Summary: According to specification, it should be a great laptop. In daily use, AMD graphics is nor good enough - popular online game FPS has dropped down from 110 on my i5 HP laptop to around 11 - 15. Windows 8 is slow, takes longer to start then my old W7 on older laptop, new menu is useless. I would recommend any laptop with GeForce graphic card, for £700 there are plenty better laptops.
