Summary: This is the worst laptop I've ever had it never wants to load usually freezes during start up as soon as I enter my password. When it actually does load it is so slow I have never seen a computer load so slow my desk top I had before this was 10 years old and worked better than this laptop.very disappointed samsung
Summary: Windows 8 is the worst thing to ever happen to this machine. It is brand new, my personal computer and I use my work PC because Windows 8 is that bad. It's like I bought a giant phone with unmovable ads built in. I will have to install Linux or an older version of windows... then maybe I'll use the damn thing.
Summary: My son's laptop that was purchase as a Christmas gift went blank. Nothing could be done to retrieve any of his stored information by the tech team at his college. We sent it immediately to samsung. I was told it would be fixed and given back to us in 2 weeks. Well the computer is fried. I will get a new one in 7-14 business days. The semester maybe over by then.The customer relations department is worthless.
Summary: I was ordering a computer for my mom and this one seemed cool for 499.99. Samsung stuff is usually cool. The screen completely died within a week and my mom hardly used it. So I send it back to Amazon and have them send me another one. The second one(within a few days of hardly using it) the screen went blank. I noticed something fishy about the graphics. I saw somewhere online or an Amazon review where apparently this same model came with an Nvidia graphics card.
Do not buy, horrible customer service from Samsung, but Amazon is the best

Summary: Bought for my wife for xmas, she had it for 2 weeks, had a critical error on the software, sent it back to samsung, they wanted to charge us $48. Had them ship back to me, we sent back to amazon, they gave us a full credit and we bought a ASUS. Hard to believe such a large company like Samsung would not warrantee thier own product. I will never buy Samsung again and I suggest you dont either. Keep in mind Amazon was awesome thru the whole process.
Summary: I have used and owned many laptops and have never had this problem where the cursor jumps around and makes it impossible to type easily. If I don't watch every word, I land up typing nonsense because of this problem.
Summary: After 1 week, the laptop started experiencing chronic blue-screen crashes. It got to the point where the unit would not even boot up. I contacted support and they assured me repairs would take at most 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and considerable personal expense in shipping the laptop to the repair facility, the laptop had not even been looked at, let alone fixed. When I finally go the laptop back, the issue had not been fixed.
Summary: Purchased this Samsung Laptop (NEW) as a Christmas gift from "City Electronic" thru Amazon.com. AVOID BUYING FROM THE THIS SELLER.... Here is why. When this laptop arrived, it started to BLUESCREEN from the beginning..having some knowledge of Windows machines..I ran a hardware check and found that the Ram or memory was defective. I immediately contacted the seller and ask for a refund or exchange...the seller told me to contact Samsung and refuse to take it back..
