Summary: The day I received this computer the monitor wouldn't turn on. I called Samsung and explained the situation. Instead of replacing as they should have, the required me to go through their repair process. The problem persisted. Every couple months the montior quits working and I have to send it in for repair. This is a HUGE inconvenience. On this last repair, they identified water damage which I admitted to that affected the arrow keys.
Summary: This computer is the worst bit of technology I have ever wasted my money on. In spite of having 6Gb of memory it is ALWAYS slow. This is very frustrating! The finger pad has got a mind of its own-most of the time when you move the cursor and tap the pad on a new section on a page and press a cursor key it scrolls the part that you were previously on and not the part you want. Frustrating!
