Summary: I am not sure that I would buy another Samsung but would tend to stick with HP. I have several of those and they just keep on running without problems. I will not buy another of these insurance policies. I guess that they are ok if you are prone to dropping one or spilling coffee or whatever on it but otherwise if you can't wait for a repair, just buy another.
Pros: For the money at the time it was a very good computer. Fast, worked well. Great screen but very fragile!
Cons: Screen broke after 3 months and stayed in shop getting repaired for 10 weeks. Finally got it back and the drive bay would not open and after 4 more months it would hang on loading Windows and go no further. Now back to shop. I will say that the warranty is only worth the money if you can afford to wait between 8 and 10 weeks for repairs. Repair service is not very good, but I guess it beats buying a new computer.
Summary: Had quite a few problems with the keyboard. Keys would pop off, had it replaced once and then twice and then Samsung insisted on an alternative, similar laptop (identical housing) with an AMD E-350 in it instead of the i3-2357M. In the end, that one has a flickery screen when dealing with dark grays. This one never did that, but the keyboards on all of the samsungs with this housing are pretty poor. Both the Intel and the AMD equivalent performed well, otherwise.
Not so great. The reviews must have been written by merchants

Summary: The display sucks. It's matte, which is nice I guess, but it's difficult to find a nice color/gamma/contrast/brightness ratio worked out. Some computers just look great the second you turn them on. This one takes some tweaking, and even then, it doesn't look very good. The keys are raised up quite a bit, so they're kind of loud when you type, but the typing experience itself is actually pretty good.
Summary: I was going through its specs. impressive at this cost. a bit of disappointment is absence of usb 3.0. i think it could be improved.though we necessarily dont use usb 3.0 but that is a future option and you buy laptop keeping future in mind.
