Excerpt: The MSI Wind U100 came into existence last year as part of the netbook craze. With many other alternatives out there, just how does the Wind stack up? The basics: MSI Wind U100 10″ 1024×600 widscreen LED panel 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU(800MHz-1.98GHz) 120GB(160GB on newer) Hard Drive 1GB DDR2...
Summary: Just to add one more note to all these glowing reviews - this is the first computer I've had that I could comfortably work while lying down on the couch.
Only complaint is that the documentation is mostly missing, even for initial start-up.
Summary: After spending weeks researching netbooks I decided on the MSI Wind. It is everything I hoped it would be. Small, but very viewable. The keyboard does take some getting used to but for a netbook I have no problem with it. The 6 cell battery is awesome.
Summary: This had been a perfect and lovely machine has good size, weight, long time battery and so on until last weekend when I found the bluetooth not working.
According to the manual, the blue LED showing bluetooth activity should be turnned on if I pressed Fn+F11 keys. But it didn't.

All the more reason to stay within the $400 range.

Navegar, escribir un documento, revisar los correos electrónicos, etc., es muy fácil con la MSI WIND. Definitivamente una gran compra.
Summary: It was everything that most of the reviews said it was. Great display, great keyboard, nicely built.. BUT...

Summary: MSI has made the best Netbook so far. The build quality is nice and the keyboard layout is comfortable. It was a good choice to go with a 10 inch screen model.
I have bought two of these so far. An all black model, that I upgraded the HDD to 250GB and 2Gb of Ram.
Summary: I travel for work, and require a personal computer while on the road (to pay bills, manage personal e-mail accounts, surf the web, etc.) The MSI Wind is perfect for what I need - it is small, has sufficient battery life, and is surprisingly capable (I installed Vista on mine, and it runs great ...
