  • Conclusion: You can multitask without a hitch, the screen looks splendid, nearly all games will run at high settings, and it's perfect for watching giant robots punch giant monsters on Blu-ray. If you're looking for a great midrange gaming laptop, it's an easy Editors' Choice.

  • Summary: Growling Dragon. MSI refreshes its GT70 series by adding on the new Nvidia GeForce GTX 880M. The graphics card works together with a quad-core CPU from Intel to deliver monstrous performance. The cooling is excellent and even offers the user the option to overclock the hardware.
  • Pros: Bright FHD display with good contrast, Excellent performance, Many ports, Good battery life, Excellent sound system, Multiple upgrade options, Backlit keyboard ..., The performance combined with a bright panel with strong contrast is fun to game on, as most games can be run with max settings.
  • Cons: ... with a layout that requires getting used to., Extremely loud at full load, Small touchpad, Heavy, The distribution of ports on the sides could have been better, Quiet. At load, the notebook can get quite loud. The cooling works, but it has a price.
