Summary: Keyboard does not work intermittently. First noticed this a week after owning. Seemed to go away. But now keyboard does not work at all. If you google this model you will see its a common problem. I'm sending this back to MSI for repair. Will not have a laptop for a month. Wish I had not bought.

Summary: I bought this laptop wanting a slim great gaming machine that I can take places. The FIRST time I got it the computer had a failed Ssd and didn't work well with anything. I then decided to buy it again after returning the first one. This time the computer had a failed graphics card.
Would be a great laptop if the wifi card didn't break in less than a month.

Summary: Luckily the problem happened within the return item time. For MSI being a top notch laptop builder I was very sad to have the wifi card to be having problem within a couple of weeks. Besides the defective wifi card this was a great laptop. It ran any game I played on max setting wih no problems.
Summary: Let me be clear, the laptop worked beyond my expectations for exactly 3 days. During that time it was awesome. Great speakers, video card and display. On the 3rd day I had been copying a large amount of data to the mechanical drive from my nas and had left the laptop alone to finish.

Summary: I wouldn't buy anything from this company. Their follow-up service is almost non-existent, were it not for rudeness. I bought an MSI router brand new and the thing stopped working after 2 months. They refused to help me find a way to update the firmware.
Summary: Bought and have owned for a good 6 months now. So far already one RMA which MSI does not cover the shipment costs to them unlike other vendors that will send you a prepaid box AND shipping label. Issues so far are keyboard spacebar failure.
Summary: I'm sure it's a great laptop, but unfortunately mine does not work. After repeated failed attempts to boot the machine, it finally got to Windows 8...before it simply froze and then shut down on its own. Repeated attempts at powering up continues to fail in boot successfully.
