Summary: I'm sorry, I have different model (A5000), but screen's hinges replaced twice, screen cable replaced too, web camera replaced. Now I need replace keybord's buttons- two of them broken. Spent a lot $$ for shipping and a lot of time for waiting back from repair.Customer service very hard to reach. They are not responsive trying to escape from warranty repair cost - when one of the hinges was broken and cable damaged they tried to tell me this is a screen......
Summary: This lap top crashes 2-3 times a week. I returned it to MSI under warenty to try to fix the problem. Now it works even worse. I have done a full recovery 2 times. Within 2 weeks, it is back to freezing and crashing. Thus if you want a computer to rely on, a computer that works, don't buy this one.
Great specs ruined by bad keyboard placement and awful trackpad/mouse buttons

Summary: This system has some of the best specs you are going to find for the price. However, a few really bad mistakes remind me how much I hate this thing every single time I use it. Luckily, it is my wife's, so I don't have to deal with this frustration on a daily basis. 1) The keyboard - feels nice, full keyboard, but it is NOT centered with the trackpad. I've never seen a keyboard not centered with the trackpad. The center of the keyboard is left of center on the trackpad.
Summary: I bought this laptop (tried TWO of them) new from a local store. The laptop looks very sleek and modern, which was cool. That's about the only plus I can give. The first laptop was "OK" at first...considering the cheap price. The screen's vertical and horizontal viewing angle was horrible...move 10-15 degrees from the sweet-spot in any direction and everything got blurry (at any brightness). Second, the laptop didn't seem very fast..
