Summary: Even if you are not too technical, this laptop is pretty easy for adding RAM and replacing the hard drive and/or the wifi/bluetooth card. As an user of original the IBM ThinkPads, Lenovo did a great job with this laptop. It's definitely heavier and not a sleek laptop, but much sturdier than many ultrabooks/laptops out there today. This laptop allows you to connect to older devices and even the latest technologies; the best of both worlds.

Summary: I have been using this for over half a year already. I automatically upgraded it with my old ssd and added 4gb of ram. With the ssd and ram upgrade this thing is really snappy, even with the power saver on. pros: On power saver I get 12+ hours. Balanced gives me 9+ hours. That is with browsing websites and compiling code. The mouse buttons are awesome. I love how they are at the top of the track pad. Very rugged construction.

Summary: Pros It was 300 bucks- works decently well Cons- required alot of work. Harddrive was super full of bloatware but i was planning on replacing it anyways. I put in a seagate 1tb sshd hybrid, but it was difficult to get all of the drivers functional as the usb did not work and there is no cd slot so i had to install drivers by taking out my hd and putting it in another machine that had internet.
Summary: Darn hard to beat at the price. I have a soft spot for IBM laptops. This is no different. I'm running Windows 7 on mine and it's pretty quick. Not a desktop slayer but it'll get the job done. Be sure to max out the memory, it's darn cheap to do. Otherwise it's good to go out of the box.
Summary: I bought this laptop to write essays and browse the net. I haven't tried it for games since that's not what I do. I love it. It's pretty fast and the mouse pad works very well. It's very durable too.
