Summary: The product works but came with few instructions. I keep getting warnings about bogus software although I've entered the software key several times to no avail. I even tried to upgrade from Microsoft but apparently they no longer support this version of Windows.
Summary: The machine looks like it is new. Just what I was looking for. I have many thinkpads before, they are workhorses. These poeple are the best I have ever bought anything from. I highly recommend them, they want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Summary: Product was shipped promptly and arrived on time. Laptop specifications as advertised matched laptop as received. Laptop as received has easily noticeable cosmetic damage and was most likely repaired using used parts. On the other hand, given the price, what else can you expect?
Summary: Needed a beater laptop for school. I'm on the bus and needed something light but powerful enough for my programming homework. I was worried about it being a 12 inch screen but after using it for about 2 weeks now I'm comfortable with it.

Summary: Everything was fine (very good condition) except the AC adapter cord. I didn't notice that the inner wire had been exposed. Unfortunately, it was the AC line (110 volts) not the DC line (19 volts).
Summary: Great laptop for the price. Virtually no physical wear at all. 150 battery lifetime battery cycles (according to Lenovo power utility.) Laptop is a 3626W58 with a new 320gb 7200rpm HD and 1x 4gb ram stick. All other specs are as advertised. Data Sales Co. threw in a docking station with DVD/CD-RW.
