Powerhouse, but screen is lacking in quality

Kristopher Daia, Amazon
29 July 2014
  • Summary: Screen quality is terrible. Fonts are fuzzy, and is not comfortable to look at for long periods of time. On the other hand, this thing is a beast. I installed a SSD in it and it starts in less than 15 seconds. I use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with this, and it runs with no problems.

I love my workhorse!

Amazon Customer, Amazon
12 July 2014
  • Summary: Yes, this computer is heavy. Not something you want to actually utilize as a portable computer on a daily basis. But it's built very sturdy, and the hardware has ran seamlessly for the 6 months I've owned it.

  • Summary: SUMMARY: The W530 is a T540p with 2 extra DIMM sockets. It is a major technology improvement over the 60 series Thinkpads, but may be heavier. RECOMMEND: If you are okay with the weight, this is a great laptop.

Oktay Arslan, Amazon
13 August 2013
  • Summary: This is a good machine and kind of long term investment. I was in between buying a Lenovo or Dell (M4500 series), then decided to go with Lenovo. I think, this is great deal for the given memory upgrade.
