Good notebook. With only 4GB of RAM, it runs pretty good.

Truong Le "Computer Technician", Amazon
11 February 2015
  • Summary: I went from an HP 8460P Elitebook notebook to this Lenovo Helix 36984MU touch notebook. I'm currently running Windows 8.1 on it, and I am very surprise how fast runs with just only 4GB of RAM. Also having a SSD makes it boot up and run sooooo much faster than the old SATA drives.

  • Summary: still new too soon for 5 star love. A few glitches, might be W8 start button on desktop; no love for the worthless mousepad . insanely hard to rclick. Click hold down while dragging with 2d finger sucks. Mouse moves when clicking mousepad. ok. Otherwise this laptop pleases me.

  • Summary: I waited several months to review my Helix and although I haven't used it extensively I feel I've used it enough to be able to review it. I purchased it based on the numerous Amazon reviews from users with more advanced computer usage experience than I have that purchased it and use it for more...

Peter, Amazon
18 May 2014

Solidly Lenovo...

Simple Buyer, Amazon
7 May 2014
  • Summary: but thin. OK, well, thinner than a lot of Lenovo products. I'm glad to see Lenovo improving on this point. I don't have an issue with holding down the keyboard when I open it. I'm just glad it stays shut without clasps, magnets, clips, springs, hooks, and doesn't weigh twice as much as a lappy than...

Excellent Travel Machine

Amazon Customer, Amazon
28 March 2014
  • Summary: This product has met my expectations. I needed a portable machine that could be a tablet (replacing a somewhat too slow Slate computer and an laptop with one machine). I needed a processor that could handle two to three demanding applications at the same time (mostly translation memory software and...

A good computer, keyboard is annoying

capn_midnight, Amazon
21 March 2014
  • Summary: The computer itself is very good. Very fast processor, plenty of RAM, very snappy. The touch screen works very well. And the battery life is great, for a Windows 8 device, probably the best of any of the Win8 devices on the market right now, with the exception of the Surface 2 Pro with Power Cover.

Almost perfect, but not quite

John S. Dean "John", Amazon
29 January 2014
  • Summary: I won a few Microsoft MVP awards for the Tablet PC platform, so I've got a lot of time and experience invested in tablet PC's. I used them from their inception back in the days of the first Windows XP Tablet PC Edition through 2009, when I tried a friend's Macbook pro and fell in love with the...
