Summary: Quite possibly the worst computer system I've ever bought. Buggy. Freezes up frequently. Only has a subset of software that can be loaded do it. It is "android", but not QUITE android, so you can't run native apps. There is essentially nothing about this machine that I like. My advice?
Great concept, inadequate delivery and absolutely horrible support.

Summary: Do not buy this machine. If you want an idea of the issues these things have (and the lack of response from Lenovo) have a look at the disgruntled customers on Lenovo's own forums. Summary: Lenovo Helix is the worst machine I have ever owned. 1) The fan is designed to stay on all the time. It is never designed to turn off, no matter what. Plus, it is LOUD and accompanied by a maddening hi pitched frequency.

During that time I spent multiple calls with customer service in the Philippines trying to get an answer to why it was taking so long.
