Great product for the money
8 October 2014
Summary: I bought 1 new & liked it; now bought 2 more used. They are all used in an automobile repair shop where I can count on the relatively good quality of Lenovo to keep me from having problems. Like other manufacturers, the amount of extra software is a slight annoyance. I removed much of it.
Summary: Great build quality. My unit came with windows 7, not 8, which was perfect. It's not featherlight, but certainly not too heavy. A good laptop as your main computer, and still good on the move.
Summary: My wife needed a good laptop and this one fit the ticket.Highly recommended by the service technician that fixes and installs computers at my wife's office. No more Dell's for us!This is a good choice if you're looking for a good Laptop.
Summary: This is a solid 4GB Core I5 machine with a fast hard drive (7200rpm) and it comes with Windows 7 installed and with a Windows 8 upgrade. With sufficient memory, the fast drive makes more difference in the computer's performance than a fast processor. The multitouch touchpad takes some getting used to. Because the computer has both a trackpoint and a touchpad, the 3 mouse buttons are above the touchpad.
Summary: I purchased this for my Mother who was already familiar with Windows 7. The computer was perfect, exactly as describer…new in box and buying from Ebay was the best deal that I found for what I wanted in the PC. I did remove a lot of the standard software/freeware/trial-ware that came with the computer. My Mother is very happy and enjoys using the computer very much. Now if I can get her to login to Facebook and Ebay...
