- Summary: Alough this computer did break, the way that their customer service handled the issue was the best I,ve ever seen and will always buy lenovo's from now on.

- Excerpt: Okay this is very simple, step #1 go to Google.com, step #2 enter "lenovo e520 won't turn on", step #3 see all the information about a faulty EEPROM causing e520's to fry out, step #4, don't buy this $500+ paper weight.
