Summary: It's a great computer, but I had a huge issue from the beginning. I got what I wanted: a wonderful refurbished computer with touchscreen, great RAM, and a processor that my friends gawk at time to time. Sadly, the fan didn't work. This was my first laptop, so I didn't think much of it. I had to buy a fan for it. The fan didn't get to me in time and I had to send my computer to Lenovo. They were so helpful. My damages were under warranty and were covered by the company.
Summary: It's been three weeks so far.....it is okay for just wording. However, it is very slow....Even I have to wait for web-surfing and opening pdf files. I wasn't sure something wrong first but figured out it is just slow...
Summary: This laptop have given me problems from day 1. First of all, its really slow. Yes it is quad core but its still very slow, I couldn't even watch an entire youtube video with freezing. Sometimes it just won't turn on, the fan is also very loud. There are tiny cross shaped pixels around the screen and the touchscreen don't work after 20 days. The wifi adapter stops every so often.
Great piece of hardware the worse support on earth

Summary: Great piece of hardware, the worst support on earth, at least for International Customer. I bought this laptop for my daughter, specially because the lightweight and specs, on august. On september it won't turn on, just like that, it died. I took it to our (Costa Rica's Lenovo dealer) support company and as today, almost two months later, the laptop is on their hands.
Summary: I've had this laptop for a little over a year and a half now and the only thing stopping me from dumping it for something else is the fact that I can't afford to. In the last year and a half I've had every problem I could imagine with this laptop. I've even sent it back to Lenovo 3 times for them to replace my hard drive. Here are my thoughts on this laptop: - The touchpad is great, when it works. The problem is that it rarely works as it should.
