Buyer's Remorse - learning that buying based on specs per dollar doesn't always work out

Summary: Well, so far, I am not excited. Don't get me wrong, this is a powerful laptop. Loads of memory for the price, and a full-size screen and keyboard with numeric keypad. You can read the specs for yourself. And the prior laptop was a Lenovo, albeit a bit smaller, that we liked until the hard drive started throwing errors.
The trackpad is a major nuisance and saps the joy out of entering information

Summary: Trackpad Untracked and Load Up Laborius Bought this gaming PC with high hopes that have been largely dashed. The trackpad is a major nuisance and saps the joy out of entering information, especially text. I have also been disappointed with the slow load up time. Has seemed to handle gaming OK, but can get hot. I keep a little fan on it 24 x 7 when its running. Awfully bulky in general, may as well went with a desk top.
Summary: I have always had power problems with this laptop. It will often turn off unexpectedly while I'm away at lunch. Also it sometimes will not come out of sleep mode. The battery gauge is very inaccurate. Sometimes when the battery gets low it does not even warn me, the computer just shuts off. Also the keyboard feels like it is mounted to a sponge. It moves up and down as you type on it. Also this laptop is too heavy to travel with.
Summary: Bought and Returned: Pros: -i7 -nvidia graphics car -high res screen Cons Trackpad is trash Body is too bulky and cheap feeling The keyboard is terrible, flexes too much. windows 8 sucks without touch screen heats up Battery life blows, constantly plugged in Seller is fine but get a different laptop
Summary: This was designed for gaming and NOT business!! Had to take it to a computer expert to find out why I couldn't print, store documents or work on multiple documents at the same time. Horribly expensive mistske!! No indications that this would be the cade!!
