Summary: The laptop is nice and light but that is about the only good thing I can say about it. The unit comes full of bloadware by Lenovo that will drive you crazy until you remove all of it. Every time you move the screen or touch in a corner some kind of lenovo product will start up and force you to close it out to go back to what you were working on. This was extremely frustrating until everything was removed.
After less than a year of owning this product, ...

Summary: After less than a year of owning this product, I contacted Lenovo to receive replacement software after installing an alternate OS. They informed me that I could not get the software(win 8.1) that came with the system as it was not covered under my warranty. I spent $1300 dollars on this system and Lenovo doesn't have the decency to provide me with the Operating System that the computer comes with less than a year later.
Summary: While the overall use of this computer is now ok, the issues I had keep me from recommending it. In the first week of owning it, I had to re-start each time I started it, then it gave me a "Recovery" msg stating "Your PC needs to be repaired"... I'm glad I bought it at BestBuy (even though everyone tells me I over paid) because I brought it in for repair (Geek Squad). Store ended up not even repairing it and giving me a new one.
Summary: Kind of overpriced, under - featured. The lack of usb ports (one usb2 and one usb3), ethernet port, dvd and external display port limit this laptop. You can buy the dongles / adapters for $30-$45 each, or external dvd for another $80. For the price, seems the adapters should be included. Still, its inconvenient to have to carry them, plus they get lost. a laptop at this price should be more "self sufficient".
Summary: There are many Yoga versions out there. I have Yoga 2 Pro (not to be confused with the newer and cheaper "Yoga 2" line up) with 4th gen i5 / 128gb / 4gb. The laptop is fabulously light at around 3lbs. Yoga screen flipping freedom is really nice and useful. It's decently fast with i5, despite only having 4gb of ram. Boot times are very fast, just as how an ultrabook should be. Backlit keyboard is nice tho, you either set it to on or off.
Good Computer with Deal Breaking Wireless Problem and other issues
5 January 2014
Summary: Let me preface by saying I know not a novice with wireless and I had a great IT guy assisting me with my wireless problem. There are several threads out there referencing flaky wireless issues and boy did I get one of them. The wireless works, then stops, then works, then stops completely. Rebooting sometimes helps sometimes does not. I downloaded the updated driver that was supposed to rectify the problem and it worked, for several hours.
Summary: I like the design and the touch of the keyboard. However, the wireless signal dropped off from time to time. This seems a known problem. The color of the screen is also off. It does not provide the correct color. I am struggled to keep the machine. Not having a reliable wireless connection is a real issue.
