loved the size of this machine

  • Summary: loved the size of this machine, light weight and easy to fly with. The high res screen was a bit of a let down, could not read with any available font without reducing resolution substantialy. But buyer beware, my mother board failed at 13 months.

Functionally unusable.

  • Summary: Pros: Well designed, beautiful monitor, reasonable processing power and RAM. Cons: Mine came preinstalled with malicious adware called "Superfish". Basically, Lenovo punched a giant hole in the security of the system in order to sell ad space to outside companies.

Major quality issues -- very poor customer service.

  • Summary: I've been unfortunate enough to have this computer for 6 months now. It is fine, if and when it works. Mine arrived with non-functional wifi. It took half a dozen long, difficult conversations with customer service to get them to arrange for a repair.

There's no real customer support

  • Summary: Lenovo needs to put more person to work on customer support. I bought Lenovo laptop recently since I had good experience with IBM ThinPack. Then I used HP for few years and Dell for few years. Both of them have good customer support although I don’t like HP laptop. Yoga has unique design.

SSD Failed, Tech Support will have Laptop for 3 months!!

  • Summary: Great concept, and while it worked I was very happy with it. The SSD failed within 3 weeks, which didn't really bother me. The problem is that the system will not be returned to me for a total of 3 months. After calling technical support and complaining about the delay, I was hung up on.
