Summary: Ths laptop was the best laptop 've ever owned. t's lght, durable, and overall a fast laptop. That s untl the "eye" key stopped workng. That s when realized that should've gotten a mac. use ths laptop every sngle day for work. They want me to shp the laptop away for two weeks to get repared. A mac would've gotten repared in store same day no problem. Now 'm stuck wth a laptop wth a broken key, awesome.
Summary: Purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga in December; last week it just stopped working. I had paid for the upgraded warranty, and they overnighted me a box to return it to their repair center. I had asked for a local place in Houston to take it to and they directed me to a partner finding page on their website. The customer care rep had no idea who to call.
Summary: The cpu listed before of this computer is i7 4500, now it is changed to i5 4200; The i7 cpu is more expensive ($100) and faster. Pay attention to what you ordered and received. The i7 list is also available on amazon and I believe the comments about this list before is all on the i7 version.
Summary: I bought this item and soon found out that it could not even connect to my home router because of the security setting. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE WIFI PROBLEMS. Whatever wireless card they used for these laptops is VERY picky about router security settings etc. On top of that it has a terrible track pad that felt like it was from the 90's after using a mac track pad. Returned two days later.
Summary: Don't buy this laptop. Bought one yesterday online: 1. broken display- LCD failure 2. display quality is really bad 3. cheap and low quality trackpad 4. Lenovo CS is confused. Need to send it back. Of course I don't get it replaced.
