Summary: Lenovo's sub-par products are only matched by their terrible customer service and support. Initially you'll think "oh man, this is a pretty good laptop", but within a year, after your warranty expires, it'll all sink in. Right off the bat, you should notice the terrible wifi.
Summary: The first time I got the Lenovo U410, I wasn't able to connect to the Internet - it took up to an hour and I still wasn't able to figure it out. Otherwise, the product was as described, looked new and I like the touch pad on this computer.
Summary: This laptop arrived not working properly and both the seller Media & More and Lenovo have chosen to do nothing to deal with the issues. My advice is to stay away from this vendor and this computer manufacturer at all costs!
The screen sucks, the network adaptor is poor, and the build quality is not very good.

Summary: I bought this model about one and a half year ago. At the first sight I was really shocked by how bad the screen of this model is. It has very narrow view range and the color is not vivid. Later I realized how bad the network adaptor is.
Summary: Lenovo should have pulled this from the market, but they ignored the problem and sold them all. I wish I'd known before buying. My bad for being taken in with the specs and reasonable price, and not checking reviews. The wireless is so fragile, you can never be sure if it will connect or not.
