Summary: The machine was small and compact and seemed pretty good, but the touchpad made it practically unusable. I couldn't do anything without jumping pages like I had 12 fingers. I ended up with a chromebook instead and LOVE it.
Summary: I bought this Idea Pad for my daughter, however in just 2 months, the key board stopped functioning. Even I am typing this review with this idea pad and many keys are not working in one stroke. When I went on Amazon to return this product, it says return limit is expired (just 30 days) and there is no information about warranty, so at least I can fix this idea pad. This is not done, there is no clear message how and whom to contact in case if you ran in to any issue.
Summary: Keyboard started falling part in the first two months of owning it, and this wasn't from dragging the machine around or anything, I exclusively used it on my couch in my living room during that time period. Maybe I got a badly made one or something, but I'll be more cautious when purchasing any other Lenovo products in the future.
Summary: Could be a wonderful laptop - light, quiet, fast, compact, if it were not for the fact that I have had TWO of these laptops sent to me by Amazon.co.uk. Problem with first - Hashtag key did not work (at all) and the Backspace button only intermittently. Kudos to Amazon they sent a replacement overnight and I opened it to find (pretty much) the same problem - hashtag button not working + the Backslash button.
Summary: There was a fault on the key board several keys not recording. I returned the laptop to Argos who exchanged it with no trouble. The replacement had the same keyboard fault I returned to Argos and received a full refund.
