Died in less than a year

  • Summary: I purchased it in June 2014 after using a Dell Inspiron 15R for 10+ years. I thought I just needed time to get used to it but it's been 7 months and I still hate it. I will NEVER buy a Lenovo again. I'm going back to Dell ASAP. The mouse pad is awful.

HUGE Design Flaw.

  • Summary: This laptop has a massive design flaw. If you pick it up from its corner base, the whole computer shuts down. This is my second model to exhibit this behavior. If you perform a google search, you can see that others are having the same issue. Emails to Lenovo support have gone unanswered.
