best computer I've owned so far. I love it!

2go2you, Ebay
19 April 2014
  • Summary: Wanted a "state of the art" computer that I could still afford, and I found it! VERY fast, lots of style, a great keyboard (back lighting with an on off option would be nice, but still)the display is brilliant, "folded back" "tent style" great for watching movies, speakers surprisingly good, hey whats not to like??

Wireless keeps disconnecting

farhanjd, CNET
17 January 2014
  • Summary: This would get at least 4.5 stars from me if they can fix wireless issue. I have got Intel Wireless N-7260 adapter.
  • Pros: Fast, , great build, , responsive touchscreen, , lightweight, , long battery life
  • Cons: The wireless keeps disconnecting after 30 min use. Tried all kinds of drivers but no luck., Don't like the way touchpad is built. The right and left mouse clicks also function as touch surface and that drives me crazy. I use wireless mouse instead.

Great quality laptop

DocChills, CNET
30 December 2013
  • Summary: I've had this laptop about a month (after finding a great deal at Staples) and I am completely satisfied with it so far (especially being such a big upgrade over my 8 year old laptop). The touch screen is very responsive and clear. Videos look great and it is very fast with internet activity over my wireless network.
  • Pros: Fast performance, Touch screen is responsive and easy to use, Good battery life, Clear and vibrant screen
  • Cons: Took some research and effort to learn how to disable the screen's auto brightness adjusting. , Screen doesn't fold completely back.

  • Summary: I'm planning to return the computer... wasted 4+ hours on updates and trying to replace the driver. Waste of holiday time!
  • Pros: Customer service was available on Christmas
  • Cons: Customer service could not help... I even reloaded Windows.

So Very Unhappy

charlotteh14 , johnlewis.com
16 June 2014
  • Summary: I am very dissatisfied with this product, I have had it for two weeks and I hate using it. It is the slowest laptop I have ever come across, even slower than my five year old laptop I replaced. The member of staff in John Lewis did tell me that it is not one of the fastest processors, but I can't imagine anything slower than this. And although it's not the most expensive laptop I definitely expected more!
