Summary: It's a pretty good, strong, fast computer, I really like it. The touchpad is very sensitive, the built in microphone never worked for me properly, and after a year the hard-drive unexpectedly broke, I had to buy a new one.
Summary: In terms of performance its excellent. Build quality is good but not great. Keyboard is great. touch pad is not very good because of its precision issues. Battery is probably the greatest of any laptops used so far.
Summary: I have been using this laptop for a few months now and overall I am very impressed. There are weaknesses, as you'd expect, but in my opinion they are in the right areas. Firstly the good points about this computer: Powerful Nice backup / Restore system Good Connectivity Excellent Price The bad...
Summary: Purchased to replace an older laptop that was limited to 3Gb RAM the Lenovo delivers the promised performance. I swapped the hard drive to an SSD as I don't need a lot of storage - just speed. Upon removing some of the supplied bloatware boot up is in about 20 secs and shutdown in about 8.
Summary: Speedy service and delivery. Fast i5 processor and good amount of memory which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately the motherboard and keyboard broke down after only 2 weeks. Repair took only 10 days and so hope that it does not break down again.

Summary: This laptop is great and serves multiple purposes such as gaming and work very nicely, the graphical display is outstanding and the wide screen clearly visualizes everything you want to see, there is no stretching or black parts no matter what your viewing.
Summary: One of the things I hate about getting a new laptop is the uncertainty of whether it is going to work with Linux. More importantly is compiz, with all its flashy effect, going to work? Well I ordered this laptop and kept my fingers crossed that I might get compiz to work with Ubuntu 10.04.
Summary: I have had this machine now for over two months and generally found it to be excellent. I use it as desktop replacement. Plus points: + it worked straight out of the box with no set up difficulties; + screen glare, indoors, is much less than I expected and picture quality is excellent; + 8GB RAM and...
Summary: It actually looks quite good, with a dark brushed metallic surround, although greasy fingers do leave their mark. The keyboard has a nice solid feel and also has numeric keys on the right unlike some laptops and full-size arrow keys unlike some other keyboards.
