Summary: The Lenovo ThinkPad is good in theory but pretty crummy when it comes to actually using it. I'm no computer wiz, but shouldn't a laptop be able to at least preform basic functions in a timely manner?
Summary: I paid just under $400 for this as part of a Christmas sale. Minor complaint is that the contrast in the screen is weak, so that Facebook, for instance, with its white and blue schema, is pretty pale. My major complaint is the touchpad and how the cursor and scrolling plays out. Stinks.
Summary: Got a blue screen crash the day took it out of the box. Went to support website from seller (sticker on the device) and called the number during business hours. Got an answering machine that said "submit support request online". Submitted request and Oemgenuine NEVER responded.
Summary: The system was a pain in the neck!! Kept turning off now and then! I never thought Lenovo can be this paful! It put me to too much of hardship in that I had to put my data/email etc in and then remove before returning
