Excerpt: I would like to share my experience using the Lenovo 3000 N200 Laptop. We have this laptop at work and I have used it several times. I must say that this is one of the best laptops I have ever used and I am impressed!
Summary: We bought two of these, and they both work very well. The sound is not as loud as it could be, and it is a little high pitched. The screen is really good. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.
Summary: Well...I'll say this. I looked all over the place for a decent laptop for my girlfriend who was in serious need of a new machine to get her through college. It just so happens that overstock was the last place i thought of to find something for her. It turns out that we found a pretty good deal here and she is very very happy with her new machine. It runs really well and the intel core 2 duo T7100 1.8GHz processor is lightning fast.
Excerpt: Laptop came with useful fingerprint recognition security feature. Coped well with moderate office tasks and programming tasks. Visual Studio 2008 and iTunes multitasking without difficulty. Good keyboard layout and responsive keys. All round build quality quite good. Not capable of running games but this is not targeted at gamers so scarcely a criticism. 17 inch screen means this a little heavier than smaller systems, but for a desktop replacement it is not overly heavy.
Pros: Good for office applications, quality build and screen
Excerpt: I have a slightly different model of this but essential its identical except for the processor i think, mine has a dual core processor but its not a core 2 duo. In waiting for it to arrive I ordered more ram for it, it came with 2gb but i wanted 4gb becuase I had heard of the strains that vista puts onto the memory usage and also I was going to be using memory strenuous 3d Software.
Excerpt: It is now complete 1 year since i bought this laptop. I was completely sure about the brand name and its abilities. i bought it from a Lenovo certified shop and i am sure that this was a genuine thing with no modifications at all. At first it worked really fine, as all other computers do. I could play low end games on low settings, view movies without any technical interference, work on my softwares flawlessly.
Pros: fast enough for document work
Cons: you can't even play HL2 - Episode 2 with medium settings
Summary: Initially the N200 was given to me by my company so that I could work from home, but since changing employer I have actually purchased it again. The reason I really like this computer is that I believe for its price it is a real workhorse of a machine (even without the memory upgrade), I am using it for web development. Im not a fan of shiny plastic and colourful buttons so the simplistic look for me is a bonus - basic tools to create beautiful things.
Pros: function not fasion
Cons: Vista Premium so no option to downgrade to XP
Excerpt: I've had my laptop since december 07 and love it, id be lost without it now. It does everything I want it to, its fast and very reailble, comes with wireless, finger reader so no typing in your passed word and many more features, won't pretend I know alot about computers but this has been above my expectations for the money and would definately recommend it, the only one disappointing thing was the volume its not very loud on full but you can buy speakers and it hasn't...
Excerpt: I bought this laptop about 4 months ago, and it was so worth it! It may be bigger than some laptops but feels a lot more substantial. So far Vista has not caused any problems - fingers crossed - however I have not installed many new programs so have not had to search for patches. The lenovo maintenance and security options have proved useful. Bit slow to start up, but that could be due to the fact that i havnt taken as much care with it as it should.
Summary: I found this machine worthy for my start up business. It satisfies all my PC needs. It is very light and portable even it's a desktop replacement. Wide 15'4 screen with Intel graphics controller is perfect for movies and videos with best screen that I have ever used. The best part is also it's sound quality and feautures with Realtek HD audio. This machine doesn't heat at all. I'm happy with my investment on this machine and recommend.
Pros: Lovely design, all basic features included.
Cons: Not strong like other lenovo models. Low memory only 512 MB. Bit noisy fan and the optical drive !
