Excerpt: I would like to share my experience using the Lenovo 3000 N200 Laptop. We have this laptop at work and I have used it several times. I must say that this is one of the best laptops I have ever used and I am impressed! Let’s start with the the fact that this laptop is a powerful machine. The laptop at work comes with Windows Vista operating system, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 1 Gigabyte of RAM memory.
Summary: We bought two of these, and they both work very well. The sound is not as loud as it could be, and it is a little high pitched. The screen is really good. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.
Summary: Well...I'll say this. I looked all over the place for a decent laptop for my girlfriend who was in serious need of a new machine to get her through college. It just so happens that overstock was the last place i thought of to find something for her. It turns out that we found a pretty good deal here and she is very very happy with her new machine. It runs really well and the intel core 2 duo T7100 1.8GHz processor is lightning fast.
Excerpt: "...good value. The Lenovo site itself tends to be more expensive than some other retailers. I paid £550 when I bought it and increased memory to 3Gb. Overall, for most purposes other than gaming, this is a quality system which should not disappoint with performance. Performs better with Windows 7 than it did under Vista, which was installed when I bought the system. ...
Pros: Good for office applications, quality build and screen
Summary: I have a slightly different model of this but essential its identical except for the processor i think, mine has a dual core processor but its not a core 2 duo. In waiting for it to arrive I ordered more ram for it, it came with 2gb but i wanted 4gb becuase I had heard of the strains that vista puts onto the memory usage and also I was going to be using memory strenuous 3d Software.
Excerpt: "...i bought it from a Lenovo certified shop and i am sure that this was a genuine thing with no modifications at all. At first it worked really fine, as all other computers do. I could play low end games on low settings, view movies without any technical interference, work on my softwares flawlessly. But as it grew bit older, may be just 3 months older, it started to created problems. The fan became too much noisy and used to start vibrantly even when ...
Pros: fast enough for document work
Cons: you can't even play HL2 - Episode 2 with medium settings
Summary: Initially the N200 was given to me by my company so that I could work from home, but since changing employer I have actually purchased it again. The reason I really like this computer is that I believe for its price it is a real workhorse of a machine (even without the memory upgrade), I am using it for web development. Im not a fan of shiny plastic and colourful buttons so the simplistic look for me is a bonus - basic tools to create beautiful things.
Pros: function not fasion
Cons: Vista Premium so no option to downgrade to XP
