One of the very best business laptops for power-users!

Igor, Amazon
22 April 2014
  • Summary: I purchased this laptop as a main home-office/entertainment computer. My Latitude E6530 came with an Intel i5 processor, 4GB of RAM, Intel HD4000 Graphics, 320GB HDD, and Win 7Pro installed. This is a high-end powerhouse! The laptop is very responsive, runs MS Office 2010 (including very large Excel spreadsheets), Firefox, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Acrobat (running OCR text recognition on a large scanned-in pdf is a breeze), etc with ease.

Fast computer and delivery from Computer Upgrade King

R. Rhoades, Amazon
18 April 2014
  • Summary: Good! My laptop from CUK was shipped cross-country and arrived in nine days - a snowstorm delayed it. It looks good, a medium-ruggedized case with no mars or scratches and fired right up. The SSD they installed makes for a fast startup *whew*. There was little pre-installed, just the OS and a few utility apps. The Win7 Pro on this accepted the transferred data from my XP machine with no problem. Very nice laptop and FAST.

Worst laptop

Ashok, Amazon
16 October 2013
  • Summary: It is one of the worst laptop I ever seen. I had many problems with this laptop. I am not able to create folders, files and install any softwares. The processor is making lot of noise and when we place the SD card , it is not coming outside.. I contacted customer care service many times. They replaced laptop one time and it didn't resolve the issue, They are asking me to send the laptop one more time.

External Monitor Design Flaw

Jeffrey King, Amazon
11 June 2013
  • Summary: Hello All. I rarely write reviews, which I feel bad about as I have benefited from many of the reviews here on Amazon. After my recent experience with Dell, I feel compelled to warn buyers about a very serious design flaw, which I am told is common to all the current latitudes. There is no bios display on the external monitor when my E6530 is plugged into the laptops VGA port or the docking station's dvi ports.

Thank you so much

Arisa, Amazon
27 May 2013
  • Summary: I bought this laptop for my parents for a Mother's/Father's Day gift for their business. They absolutely love it! Perfect for a business. It came earlier than I expected and as a bonus the seller installed Microsoft Office and bought a 3 year Warranty on the laptop! Thank you so much! The laptop itself is a little heavy yet is sturdy and durable because of it, which is necessary in my family.

Noticeably superior to Inspiron, Vostro, and XPS

PaulNZ, Dell
26 March 2013
  • Summary: Having splashed out this time on the second-most-expensive Dell laptop range (one below a Precision), I am 100% satisfied with my choice of a e6530. Overall build quality is superb, with the keyboard and screen being particularly excellent. Comes with Windows 7 DVD allowing manual reinstallation of operating system, though it takes a long time installing the Dell-specific drivers (and indeed working out which ones to use).

User Review

Quokka, Dell
25 March 2013
  • Summary: The Latitude E6500 series is our standard unit. All have been great so far and the E6530 is no exception. There are enough options available to satisfy almost every user. The large screen is the only hassle for those flying cattle class.
