Extreme weight, very poor build and quality control

Summary: Extremely heavy laptop, yet the battery life is horrible. Performance is not near the cost. I would pay less than $1k for this. So many of my coworkers and I have had broken monitors (3 out of 15). There seems to be a problem with the connector. It's quite depressing...
Excerpt: I've had this machine for a little over a week now and so far it is performing up to my expectations. I bought this because I do a lot of CAD, and while the program I use is not quite as hefty as something like AutoCAD, it still takes up a lot of space on my computer. This machine has been able to open up my drawings with ease and speed, and pop up into 3D when required at a much faster rate than my old laptop.
Summary: This arrived full of a virus that prevented any usable operation. I could not even load anti virus software due to the constant freeze ups and pop ups. . . $2500 and IT DID NOT WORK FOR EVEN 5 MINUTES. . . . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UPDATE: I returned this laptop 20 hours after I got it, and w/in hours, Microsoft called and wanted to inform me they were aware of the virus problems an wanted to help resolve the issues. . . I told them I had returned the computer..
Summary: I'll start with the seller. I had some interactions with them and found them to be polite, respectful and very responsive. They over delivered on service, which I was thrilled to see. Regarding the product itself, it was delivered exactly as advertised. A few things to know - it's big. Even bigger than I appreciated. One of the criticisms in other reviews is the weight. It's quite manageable but it's a sizable laptop.
