Horrible- keeps breaking

Summary: This laptop keeps breaking in one way or another. First the keyboard was garbage. Some letters started to need to be pressed very hard to type. I sent it in and they replaced the keyboard which was good. But then the software got weird, and the screen kept blacking out and wouldn't turn back on, almost like the computer was in "sleep mode" and only turning the entire device off and on again worked. Sent it in, and they did fix it.
Summary: It is so hard to use. The caps keys don't work. The screen has terrible resolution. BUT because it was sold by some other middleman company, not Amazon--I was told if I try to return it I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely frustrated, and will never, ever buy another electronic item from Amazon!!! So sad to spent $890 and feel so taken!!!
Summary: Computer fell apart around a year of having it. The hinges moved out of place, and started pushing to back of the computer out of it's place. Also, the bottom part of the computer which holds the keyboard and motherboard is splitting in half. Called HP about this, and told me to send it in. They blamed me, and said that if I wanted it to be repaired, then I would have to pay $179.

Summary: So I bought this laptop more or less 8 months ago. Since week 5 the adapter (charger) starter bothering it keeps saying it's not pluged in eventhoug it is. So I have to slam it super hard in to the laptop and then it really works. 2 months later the laptop started bothering with a problem with the hard drive; I sent it to warranty repair and eventhough I told them to fix the charger issue and the hard drive issue they only fixed the hard drive and completely ignored the...
HAd to send this junk laptop 2 times foor warranty for a just 4 months old laptop, really bad quality and hardware of HP laptops

Summary: I bought this laptop more or less 4 months ago, and since then I have had to send it to HP warranty service 2 times!!! It's incredible how bad this laptop is considering the price isn't as cheap as other laptops. Many of my friends and siblings have had problems with HP laptops and it was my fault buying from a crappy company. NExt time I will go for a Dell laptop which is better quality than HP very low low standards.
Summary: 1. The WiFi antenna has very short range. 2. Windows 8 without touchscreen is very problematic. With Windows 7 & a proper antenna, this would be very good. But now the YOGA is the same price range and way ahead of the pack.
Summary: The screen of this laptop is literally about to snap off. The left hinge is snapping off and taking the screen with it. This happened within the first couple months of owning the laptop. On top of all of this several screws have fallen out making clicking of the trackpad shoddy. This is the laptop from hell. Never purchasing another HP product again in my life. Words cannot express how saddened I am how this company treats their customers.
Summary: Lid is flimsk and creaks/clicks. Webcam has never worked properly. The few times that it did work it was completely fuzzy with horizontal blue lines running up and down. It disconnects every time I touch the lid which makes the usb-disconnect warning sound. I had to disable it in the device manager. Did not try to contact HP about the issue. However, Ive been a huge HP fan for many years and this is hugely disappointing.
