Summary: i love my new laptop. i have been using it for a year. everything looks good so far. the wireless connection goes off easily. battery is durable. but trouble to release the heat. a little bit noisy. but still goof in general. super light!!
Summary: It is so hard to use. The caps keys don't work. The screen has terrible resolution. BUT because it was sold by some other middleman company, not Amazon--I was told if I try to return it I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely frustrated, and will never, ever buy another electronic item from Amazon!!! So sad to spent $890 and feel so taken!!!
Summary: The computer is really good! I love it! I really like HP products, my previous notebook was HP and when I decided to buy a new one I couldn't go for another brand. The machine is really powerful, the fact that is a solid drive is really good as well, the computer runs really fast. I totally recommend it. Also it arrived on time!
Summary: Computer fell apart around a year of having it. The hinges moved out of place, and started pushing to back of the computer out of it's place. Also, the bottom part of the computer which holds the keyboard and motherboard is splitting in half. Called HP about this, and told me to send it in. They blamed me, and said that if I wanted it to be repaired, then I would have to pay $179.
Summary: I was looking for an i5-i7, 128SDD, 4 to 8 gb of RAM, display of 13 to 14 inches, and the smaller price with the best quality. I considered other products, but I ended up taking this, which also has a great audio, backlit keyboard and aluminum exterior. The product is incredibly beautiful, it's details are mazing, it's a great plus that it does have an RJ45 cable too, which is very rare in ultrabooks.
HAd to send this junk laptop 2 times foor warranty for a just 4 months old laptop, really bad quality and hardware of HP laptops

Summary: I bought this laptop more or less 4 months ago, and since then I have had to send it to HP warranty service 2 times!!! It's incredible how bad this laptop is considering the price isn't as cheap as other laptops. Many of my friends and siblings have had problems with HP laptops and it was my fault buying from a crappy company. NExt time I will go for a Dell laptop which is better quality than HP very low low standards.
