Summary: Item was received. However, it was defective. The computer would not hold a charge; it would shut down if it was not plugged in. I did call HP to discuss, and they suggested returning the computer. The computer was sent back and we had to pay $21.77 for fedex return of this defective product.
Summary: This laptop keeps breaking in one way or another. First the keyboard was garbage. Some letters started to need to be pressed very hard to type. I sent it in and they replaced the keyboard which was good.
Summary: i love my new laptop. i have been using it for a year. everything looks good so far. the wireless connection goes off easily. battery is durable. but trouble to release the heat. a little bit noisy. but still goof in general. super light!!
Summary: I have an HP Sceptre XT that is now out of warranty. But recently the hinges on the laptop (that connect the screen to the body) have both broken - first the left one then the right one. The laptop itself works just fine, but the screen is falling off and needs to be propped up physically.
Summary: It is so hard to use. The caps keys don't work. The screen has terrible resolution. BUT because it was sold by some other middleman company, not Amazon--I was told if I try to return it I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee.
Summary: The computer is really good! I love it! I really like HP products, my previous notebook was HP and when I decided to buy a new one I couldn't go for another brand. The machine is really powerful, the fact that is a solid drive is really good as well, the computer runs really fast.
