Not Pleased with Hewlett-Packard

Summary: This is my first HP. The Ultrabook is aesthetically very nice and a great size and weight for me. I purchased an HP service contract directly from HP. HP support is absolutely terrible! I have owned this HP for six months and for the past three months I have had a problem where the WiFi adapter has to be reset every thirty minutes. HP support attempted to fix the problem real-time and finally I had to send my computer to HP service for repair.
