Summary: Absolutly the WORST laptop I have ever purchased. And possibly the worst Support I have ever dealt with (only DISH was worse). It would not connect to the Internet at all. When I called tech support at the number provided I was told it was the Pavilion department, this was after 30 minutes on hold.
I am truly disappointed, but I'm hoping my new computer will work ...

Summary: The computer screen did not come on when I opened the box. HP is in the process of sending me another computer. I am truly disappointed, but I'm hoping my new computer will work as I had hoped it would.
Summary: It was good in the beginning, gave as a gift to my dad in India. It got broken twice within an year. First time HP service in India made some fix, worked for few months and then again broken. This time they are saying the part for this is not available. So it's just staying unused at home.
