Cons: I started this dialogue with you within the months time, however I have not heard anything from you with in that time. Just let me return it and we will be done with each other. I really don't want to loose seven hundred dollars. thank you.
Summary: Mu grandson is an IT guy and he recommended your company, but I certainly would never recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Looks nice and has a nice keyboard. That's it.
Cons: I can't get to any thing on the net, there is no explorer, in general it didn't work well, so I called the HP site and got someone in India. I knew in the back of my mind that I should not let them work on it, but thought that it couldn't be much worse, but I was wrong about that. I am still usin...
Summary: The touch pad is touchy but can be turned off. Wish I had invested in a faster processor. Decent battery life. Good sound and graphics. It's a good deal for the price though. Will be staying with HP in the future because of the durability.
Summary: Overall a solid work computer as long as your eyesight is good. Would have liked an SD slot.
Pros: Fast processor. Fast startup. Enough USB ports (3) for my needs. Lightweight and thin. Battery is good, about 4 hours. Good price. Love the keyboard and number pad, they're comfortable. Connects well to the internet.
Cons: Screen has bad contrast, not as good as my 2009 Macbook Pro's screen. This is the main reason for taking off 2 stars. Location of plugs on the sides is quite inconvenient, the power chord plug that goes in the computer sticks out like 2 inches on the side. It should have been shaped like an L.
Summary: But I wish I had. I had a Pavilion Desk Top that lasted 8 years without serving. It ran win XP with SP2.. I'm considering resurrectin it with new software. Unfortunately I bought an Acer laptop for $439. The price was right. It's the OS I can't stand. I has windows 8. The. Latest thing.
