Summary: I love the 17 inch screen which is of excellent visual quality - the whole machine feels very strong and robust - and it looks good too. This is my second Dell laptop which I bought to back up my work; the first Dell laptop is still going strong after nearly six years of constant work use. It has never let me down.
Summary: I haven,t had this for long but so far it is good and quite easy to follow after using Windows XP. It is heavier than i thought it would be but I have no plans to carry iy around. I like the keyboard, the keys are quite big and i like the numeric keypad. The screen is very clear but sometimes the font size reverts to the original but it isn't a problem to change it. As i wear bi-focals i need the larger font.
Summary: How I love my Dell! I replaced my previous Dell with another popular make which was a total disaster. I bought this Dell, my second one, and I am VERY happy! It is just brilliant and, although I haven't had need to contact Dell for support, I know from previous experience that they are incredibly helpful. If in any doubt, buy one and see for yourself what great laptops they are.
Summary: Specifically ordered this Windows7-equipped model as Windows 8 seems an unnecessary struggle. The first one came with a processor different from the one advertised, but the laptop was replaced quickly. Much faster & lighter than my tired old Vista Inspiron, but the speakers are a little feeble when streaming TV.
Summary: A good well made laptop, suited to a work environment. Such a shame that this machine was loaded with various 'adware' which made it rather annoying when logged in to the internet. Some of this 'adware' was very difficult to have removed, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that it is finally "killed". Next time we buy a laptop from any supplier, we must ensure that the only software on it is the operating system! Good machine spoiled by silly software.
Summary: There are many reasons for HP's fall from grace. The quality of their manufacturing being one. I have been buying laptops for the last 20 years and have plumbed an all-time low with this one. Please save yourself the angst - sell any HP shares ytou hold and dont' buy one of their laptops.
Summary: The listing tittle says New laptop with I3 processor and the specifications say that as well. The small print says 'Please Note This is Intel Pentium Dual Core (2.13GHz, 3M) and not Core i3. Includes Bluetooth. Hard Drive 500GB. Like New with 12 months dell warranty and all the protective sheets intact. Well packed but not in the original packing.
