Not As Described. Completely different from what is pictured.

Summary: Not as described. The photos in the description picture this as a 455 G1 model. Instead, a 355 G2 model came (lower end model). The 355 G2 is 100 dollars less anywhere else. Be cautious when ordering this item as the description is very misleading and all over the place.
Summary: This computer is the worse computer I have every owned. I bought this computer as a Christmas present for my husband he seemed to have no problems with it. It froze up on him about 3 month into purchasing it which I knew nothing about.
Summary: MADDENING! I was plagued by two issues, have spent far too much time without resolution. (This is an issue with HP, not the seller) I called HP to request assistance with my ProBook 4545s adapter and fingerprint scanner.
Summary: The computer arrived full of malware, of which I have already spent another $350 trying to remove the pop-ups and page hijackings. The computer is behaving a little better, but is slow as molasses at times.
Summary: This is the worst out of the box CPU experiences I have had. It's disappointing because I purchased this laptop based on my experience with another HP laptop, which is perfect. As a small business owner I don't have time to play games installing new drivers and what not.

Summary: First one arrived with the DVD drive not working. Second lasted three weeks and then was taken over by an "HP bios upgrade." Sending this one to HP as the support ideas only make it work intermittently.
Summary: I purchased this Computer on August 4th, and on August 20th I finally had to send it in to HP for repair (The 15 day return period had ended, from Brick and Mortar store). And this is where the nightmare began. It has gone to repair twice once for over 6 weeks!
Crashed and will not boot within 3 months of purchase

Summary: This laptop crashed frequently then after 2 months simply will not boot. Tried to reboot with the operating software on dvd but was unsuccessful. This is the worst buy i have experienced on Amazon. What is worse is that I cannot return it as the return period has expired 3weeks ago
